Issa Kildani - Principal Consultant, Founder
A luminary in life sciences, Issa Kildani, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and a Master's degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley University. With an illustrious career spanning over seven years, Issa has carved a niche for himself in project management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. His credentials are further amplified by his contributions to prestigious academic publications and his invaluable tenures at pharmaceutical powerhouses such as Janssen and AbbVie.
This rich tapestry of experience and expertise served as the catalyst for Issa to establish Ambrosia Ventures. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by startups and smaller entities in the biopharmaceutical landscape, he founded the consulting firm as a conduit for transformative solutions. Ambrosia Ventures offers a comprehensive suite of services, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Compliance Assurance, Remediation Strategy & Support, and various forms of strategic consulting.
Fred Shatara
Project Management Consultant
Fred is a multi-industry professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering focusing on project management from the University of Florida.
Fred has nearly a decade of experience in all engineering and project management facets. Engaging in public and private developments throughout the country, Fred is well-equipped to guide any project from conception to close-out.
In addition to his professional experience, Fred has spent the past 8 years leading and operating numerous 501(C)(3) nonprofit organizations.
